We were talking about some thing that happened in a baseball game that we were watching on TV which the guy played very well. And, of course, my perfect English came out:
J: This is a good luck guy
Right after I said it, I tried to correct myself, but once a word leaves your mouth, you cannot chase it back even with the swiftest horse.
B: good luck guy? hahahahahhaha it's lucky guy!
Well, it was a silly mistake. And as all of my other mistakes, my friend teased me for a long time. All the time that someone else was lucky, she or he was a "good luck girl" or "good luck guy". It was a dumb and funny mistake.
